Orders with standard shipping will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and express shipping orders will be sent within 1 business days.  Please allow up to 10 days for shipping in peak holiday periods such as Christmas and new year.

Shipping is charged as follows (may differ during promotional periods):

*Australian order with a value under $200 - $15 standard shipping or $20 express.

*Australian order with a purchase value of over $200 - FREE standard shipping

*NZ order - $20AUD flat rate, standard shipping.

*International (excl. NZ) - $40AUD flat rate, standard shipping.

*USA - $26USD flat rate, standard shipping.

If your new item is not quite right, we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

For full price items and items purchased during a promotion, we offer an exchange or a store credit, NO refunds are available unless your item is faulty.

For all sale items, NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available, all purchases are final unless your item is faulty. If you are unsure about the item/s you're purchasing and need further clarification of sizing, measurements etc. please don't hesitate to contact our friendly team.

For international orders, all purchases are final and NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available.  Please choose carefully and don't hesitate to contact our team for any additional information you may need to purchase with confidence.

The shipping cost to return an item is payable by the customer.

Conditions

• Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
• Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
• A return authorisation has been approved by an EH team member via email.
• Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
• The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

Eclectic House reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet any of the
conditions above.

postage as Eclectic House will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Store credits and refunds are issued immediately, but please be aware that refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.

We understand how tricky online shopping can be...... and what looks great on a size 4, 10 foot amazon lady model doesn’t always convert to real bodies. So what we can offer are some real bodies.  We are a small team of mums and a token hot grandma and range from size 6 - 22.

If you're second guessing a fit, one of us will be in your size range and can try it on and send you photos. Let us know what you are looking for in a garment and we can give you direction with cuts and styling to best suit your needs.

The struggle: We understand that everybody’s different and we get the battles that go along with finding longer length sleeves and pants for tall ladies.
