Orders with standard shipping will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and express shipping orders will be sent within 1 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping in peak holiday periods such as Christmas and new year.

For full price items and items purchased during a promotion, we offer either an exchange, store credit or full refund.
For all sale items, NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available, all purchases are final. If you are unsure about the item/s you're purchasing and need further clarification of sizing, measurements etc. please don't hesitate to contact our friendly team.
For international orders, NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available so please choose carefully and don't hesitate to contact our team for any additional information you may need to purchase with confidence.
The shipping cost to return an item is payable by the customer.
Your return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
A return authorisation has been approved by an EH team member via email.
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.

You are also welcome to return your Online Order in store, provided it meets all of our above conditions.
Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of
postage as Eclectic House will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Store credits and refunds are issued immediately, but please be aware that refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.
