When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and sent at 3pm each week day. Our order cut-off is 1pm for same day processing. We are located in Inverell, regional NSW and recommend all customers check the Australia Post estimated delivery timeframes for an idea of when you will receive your order. The postal system can be unpredictable and unfortunately once it leaves our store, we are relying on Australia Post for efficient and effective delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to track your parcel.
How can I be sure I'm ordering the correct size?
Most of our labels have size guides. You'll find these details under the product images on the product page. If you're unsure or would like some photographs of your size tried on, please contact us by phone (02 6721 0370), email (enquiries@eclectichouse.com.au) or live chat and we are sure to have someone on our team who can try on your size and send through some photographs.
Can I return my order if it's not suitable for a refund or exchange?
For full priced items and items purchased in a promotional period, we offer a refund, exchange or store credit. Please see our list of conditions below.
Unfortunately refunds or exchanges are not possible for sale items or international orders.
Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
A return authorisation has been approved by an EH team member via email.
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
