Proudly manufactured in Australia, we strive to change the game in environmentally responsible design. Whether you’re working out or hanging out, our functional garments provide the perfect fit.

Our HQ, based in North Brisbane, runs on solar power and a passion for ethical business practice. We are proud to say that our factory meets all Australian standards for ethical clothing manufacturing.

Established in 2017 by Danielle Kay, dk active was born from a desire to bring an ethical and inclusive energy to the activewear industry. As the brand grows, we are learning & evolving continuously to ensure we stay at the top of our game in inclusivity and diversity.

We believe it’s important to be kind to your body and that exercise should be a form of self love - not a punishment. We encourage exercise for a healthy lifestyle and whatever that exercise may be, we promise to keep you feeling comfortable.

Slow fashion means high quality garments built to last and this is what you can expect from your dk active.

If you're looking for garments with lower environmental impact, we recommend our garments made from regenerated nylon, organic cotton, bamboo and modal.

Our activewear is made from a carefully selected group of high quality textiles. Our fabrics have an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, meaning they pass the internationally recognised standard deeming them to be free of any toxic chemicals.

It checks for carcinogens, azo dyes and other chemical limits in accordance with the European REACH standards. And it’s not just our fabrics - where possible we also utilise OEKO-TEX certified threads, buttons and other accessories.

At dk active, your health and happiness is our priority, so we want you to know what you’re putting on your body.
