If you live in the USA and are shopping online with us, you may have some questions relating to placing your order and having it delivered internationally.  We've put together a list of frequently asked questions below, but please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if we can help in any other way!

Can I pay in US dollars?

Yes, our products should automatically display prices in USD, but if not, on your desktop you can change the currency by clicking the drop-down currency selector at the top left of the screen.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We have a flat rate of $24USD for any order being delivered to the USA.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days using our national postal service Australia Post.  You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is sent.  Transit times vary but will usually take 7 - 14 days to reach you.

If my item isn't quite right, can I return it for a refund or exchange?

Yes!  If your item isn't as you expected, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange based on all of the following conditions being met:

 Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
 Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
 Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
 A return authorisation has been approved by an EH team member via email.
 Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
 The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

We are also size inclusive, offering embrace/plus size clothing up to size 26 and petite sizes too - XXXS / size 4 in ladies.

Orders with standard shipping will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and express shipping orders will be sent within 1 business days.  Please allow up to 10 days for shipping in peak holiday periods such as Christmas and new year.

Shipping is charged as follows (may differ during promotional periods):

*Australian order with a value under $200 - $10 standard shipping or $15 express.

*Australian order with a purchase value of over $200 - FREE standard shipping

*NZ order - $15AUD flat rate, standard shipping.

*International (excl. NZ) - $35AUD flat rate, standard shipping.

If your new item is not quite right, we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

For full price items and items purchased during a promotion, we offer an exchange or a store credit, NO refunds are available unless your item is faulty.

For all sale items, NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available, all purchases are final unless your item is faulty. If you are unsure about the item/s you're purchasing and need further clarification of sizing, measurements etc. please don't hesitate to contact our friendly team.

For international orders, all purchases are final and NO refunds, exchanges or store credits are available.  Please choose carefully and don't hesitate to contact our team for any additional information you may need to purchase with confidence.

You are also welcome to return your Online Order in store, provided it meets all of our above conditions.
Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of
postage as Eclectic House will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Store credits and refunds are issued immediately, but please be aware that refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.
